# Raley Emails Notifications vs Jira Cloud notifications

## Overview

Jira Cloud includes a built-in notification system. Raley Emails Notifications is a separate add-on that extends and replaces it for teams that need more control over email content, recipients, and delivery. The two systems can run **simultaneously without conflict** — Raley does not modify your Jira Notification Scheme.
