# Raley IntakeForms: HTML forms for Jira and JSM

> Overview of Raley IntakeForms: create branded HTML intake forms that external users can fill in to raise Jira issues, no Jira account required.

## Overview

Raley Intake Forms lets you build and publish intake forms directly inside Jira and JSM — giving you more flexibility and control than the built-in Jira Issue Collector or Jira Cloud Forms.

## Why Raley Intake Forms?

Raley Intake Forms offers advantages that native Jira tools don't:

## How It Works

When a form is submitted, Raley Intake Forms creates a Jira issue automatically — no manual entry needed. Form data maps directly to your configured Jira fields.

Submitted data is **not stored** by the app. All communications are secured with SSL and JWT encryption.
