Overview

Raley Favorites lets Jira users create and manage a personal list of their most important issues. Instead of searching or scrolling through large backlogs, you can pin the issues that matter most and access them instantly.

How to Use

Step 1 — Install the App

Get Favourites for Jira from the Atlassian Marketplace and install it in your Jira instance.

Step 2 — Add Issues to Your Favorites

  1. Open any Jira issue you want to save
  2. Click More in the issue menu
  3. Select Toggle Favourite
The issue is now added to your personal favorites list.

Step 3 — Access Your Favorites

  1. Go to your Jira project view
  2. Click Apps in the top navigation
  3. Select Favorites
Your saved issues appear in one place, ready to open with a single click.
