Every RaleyApps app installs the same way and follows the same trial model. This page walks you through the steps once, then points you to the first task for your app.

Before you start

You need:
  • A Jira Cloud or Jira Service Management Cloud site. Raley Bookman requires JSM.
  • Site admin permissions on that site. Only admins can install Marketplace apps.
That is all. No servers, no separate accounts: every Raley app runs inside your Atlassian site.

Install your app

Follow the installation guide: it covers both install paths (inside Jira, or from the Marketplace website), verification, common problems, and uninstalling. The steps are identical for all 5 apps and take about 3 minutes.

Trials, licensing, and billing

  • Every app starts with a free trial from its Marketplace listing. Atlassian manages the trial period and all billing: you never give payment details to RaleyApps.
  • Pricing scales with your Jira user tier. Current prices are on each app’s Marketplace listing, which is always the authoritative source.
  • Uninstalling from Settings, Apps, Manage apps stops billing. Check the data security and privacy statement for what happens to your data after you uninstall.
